Loved this hotel a lot. Enjoyed our stay.
But no lift at entrance, got to carry up our luggages up 1-2 flights of stairs. Hotel staff helped us.

The hotel was in an amazing location, just a short walk to the St Andrew TTC station or CF Toronto Eaton Centre with lots of food options just outside the hotel. The staff was really helpful & friendly throughout our stay and we could easily get around Toronto from here. They provided us with two bottles of water daily as well which was really helpful & had a small selection of snacks/drinks that you could buy at reception. Would happily stay here again the next time we're in Toronto!
