"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only slight peeve in that area is that there are steps up to the front desk, and nobody helped us lug our bags. The room itself was modern and comfortable, spacious and with a nice sofa. The mattresses were a little soft for our liking. The balcony was a nice addition, even though there is a fair amount of auto noise. The bathroom was one of my few issues with the room at Vuestro. First, it's small. Second, the shower pan seems to leak on the floor. But the biggest issue is that the water often takes quite a while (like 5 minutes) to get hot, which in water-constrained CDMX seems exceptionally wasteful. To top it off, the showerhead is not low-flow, making the issue even worse. Breakfast was lovely. Only a couple of options, but everything was high quality and prepared to order. The coffee was outstanding, as well. Breakfast staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Lastly, a shout out to the restaurant/bar Berta across the street! It's an amazing little spot, and I hope that Vuestro and Berta form a good symbiosis over time. Overall, despite the few flaws, I highly recommend Vuestro and think it was an exceptional value. "

"Tuve una excelente experiencia hospedándome en el Hotel Fiesta Americana reforma. Desde el primer momento me sentí bienvenido, no solo por la comodidad de las instalaciones, sino principalmente por la calidez humana de todo el equipo que trabaja aquí. Cada colaborador desde recepción, restaurante, limpieza y servicio en general— demuestra una actitud genuina de servicio, siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Ese trato cercano marca una gran diferencia y hace que la estadía se sienta realmente especial y tranquila. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien cuidadas, ideales tanto para descansar como para viajes familiares o de trabajo. Las áreas comunes están muy bien mantenidas y el ambiente del hotel transmite orden, seguridad y confort. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme en Fiesta Americana y lo recomiendo plenamente. Más allá de la infraestructura, lo que realmente destaca es el equipo humano, que hace que uno se sienta como en casa. Gracias por una estadía tan agradable"
