I gave a lower score for comfort because the pillow was so hard and uncomfortable that I had to buy a new one. If you like hard pillows you'll be fine.

The carpet in the room was stained. The room was too small. The bathroom was Very small & we were happy not to use it. We left the hotel at about 5:00 am in the morning. The bed sheets were clean. We would not stay again. No comments about the other amenities as we did not use any

Excellent, clean and spacious room
My friend and I arrived Toyama at 5pm and spent one night there so we didn't visit much but we liked the room we stayed because it was really spacious and clean yet the hotel price was reasonable. The lobby looked as if it was 4 or 5 stars hotel. The hotel receptionists were very helpful and friendly. They were willing to assist my friend whom she lost her wallet and were advised to go to the police station. After one week later, she was informed that her wallet were found. She were thrilled and happy.

家族3人で泊まりましたが、とても広い部屋を用意していただき、快適でした。ただ駐車場がホテルから離れたところで、積雪もあったため、そこが不満でした。

領収証の渡し方
とにかく古い。水回りがカビ臭かった。それから、フロントの男性の態度と身なりが‥。許せないポイントはたくさんありますが、チェックアウト時に電話対応しながら無言で領収証を手渡してきたのには驚いた。

残念
古いホテルなりの工夫がない。あとは朝食の時間が始まりは記憶がないですが終わりが9時半とあったので9時23分に会場入りしたのですが、「あと7分です」とシレッとと言われて腹が立ってコンビニに行きました。ホスピタリティーも老朽化している様なイメージです。初めての富山だったので非常に残念です。

古いホテル。でもコスパは十分以上！
設備に年季を感じるところはあるものの、部屋の広さや綺麗さ、また、連泊時の清掃などのサービスも値段からすると良かったです。 食事等は素泊まりのため不明ですが、滞在するにあたっての不便さはありませんでした。
