"For us, we enjoyed the experience, but it can depend on what you are looking for in a hotel. Room was clean and the washer/dryer on the first floor was nice to have. Breakfast was delicious, and location is phenomenal. Everything you could want to do in Gatlinburg is within walking distance. Staff is nice. We booked a room with a bed and a sofa, but instead we were given a room with only a bed. Three of us had to sleep on one bed. I can’t complain however, the room we were given had a huge balcony that wrapped around the side of the building and gave a great view of the city. I will say that while the hotel is clean, it does have the vibe of your grandmother’s house. If you want something more professional and modern, this place may not be for you."
