The location is very convenient as it is next to the big parking area and there is also parking along the street in front of the hotel. The room is clean and the breakfast area is beautiful. Unfortunately the room is not sound proof and you can hear noises in the next room. Bring your own toiletries as they only have one type of wash for body and hair (no conditioner available).

You have booked a deluxe room, one of the most beautiful rooms that was not to your liking and then we have placed an upgrade in Suite, the most prestigious room of the hotel, built by the Marquis Platamone more than 100 years ago. You asked us for an early departure and we gave you this possibility without paying any penalty fee as required by the regulation since for us the well-being of guests is much more important.We would have liked to have understood better the reason for this judgment so that we could improve our service, if necessary.

Location of this property was OK, was a 10 minute walk from the old town - decent restaurants around the hotel though. The hotel itself is average, beds were quite hard and pillows were flat as pancakes. Some of the stuff is really nice, some of it unfriendly. Breakfast was reasonably good. One thing that was really annoying is you had to get the front desk to adjust the temperature your room.

Great hotel if you’re exploring the area.
Lovely hotel in a perfect location for exploring the old part of town and easy access to the beach. There is a public car park 50m away that cost €2.50 per day. The rooms are lovely, this is a renovated palace so it’s high ceilings and great decor. Breakfast was pretty good and staff were very helpful. It’s only 5 to 10 minute easy walking to the old part of town with its streets full of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

Great location, good rooms, average service
Great location ! The hotel is located in the center of Trapani. This makes it easy to reach restaurants and bars by walking. Conveniently, the main car park of th city is right next to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Despite it's central location, the rooms are very quiet. Not all the staff are friendly. When we called ahead with questions, the woman on the phone was very rude. When we arrived, the person at the reception was friendly. None of the staff seem to speak more than the basic English. The breakfast buffet has to be served by the staff due to Covid-19 restrictions. The experience is not great, too few staff and they forget your orders easily. Overall, an excellent stay in Trapani

Loved this hotel!
This hotel was great! Such a nice hotel! I parked in the big public parking lot very close by and it was convenient and cheap to park. The room was so nice as well as the service. The location is on the border of the old city center but very convenient to walk to all of the sights. Great hotel and would definitely stay again!

Worth the price
Very nice, clean rooms. We overlooked the courtyard which was really pretty. Roof bar and swimming pool were a great addition and was a great place to escape the busy streets. Would definitely recommend

Very nice welcome from Katy in reception who gave friendly helpful service throughout my stay. My room was nice, had everything you needed. Breakfast was basic, but the great service from Alexandra made it most enjoyable. Nice outdoor seating. Great location, I would stay there again.

The consistent helpfulness friendliness and language skills of Mariagrazie at reception but all the staff we met were excellent. Our room and bathroom were of high quality. We recommend and would go nowhere else in Trapani.

Belle découverte de Trapani et de l’hotel
Trapani est vraiment une ville à découvrir, il y a aussi beaucoup d’d’excursions à faire à son départ . L’hôtel est dans un très beau bâtiment historique. Après quelques confusions pour trouver notre réservation tout s’est parfaitement passé

Ottimo albergo
L’albergo è bene ubicato, vicino al centro storico, al mare e ad un grande parcheggio ed è stato ristrutturato con cura. È piacevole avere lo spazio solarium con bar e piscina sul tetto per prendere l’aperitivo dopo una giornata di visite.

Très bon hôtel bien placé

훌륭한 호텔입니다. 스태프들도 매우 친절하고, 특히 리셉션에서 근무하던 여성(내게 이름을 분명 말하였는데 슬프게도 기억이 안나네요. ㅜㅜ)의 적극적인 안내, 주변 관광지 소개는 아주 훌륭했습니다. 차량을 가져갈 경우, 호텔 자체에는 주차장이 없지만, 호텔에서 100미터 이내에 오전 8시부터 밤 12시까지 사이에 한시간당 주차료 0.1유로인 큰 주차장이 있어 편리합니다. 적극 추천합니다.

Een prachtig nieuw hotel gelegen in het centrum van Trapani. Welkom ontvangst, prima ontbijt en een heel fijn rooftop zwembad met bar. Minder goed is de akoestiek van de airco, deze is wel op temperatuur maar niet op blaasstand te regelen. We verbleven eerst in een kamer (210) waar de airco was weggewerkt in een verticale omkasting en daarin erg galmde. We verhuisde daarom van kamer (102) waar de luchtuitlaat van de airco weer erg siste omdat deze aan de kleine kant was, echer konden we hier wel prima slapen. Dit laatste is op mechanisch gebied een minpunt, verder zijn het hotel, voorzieningen en personeel top!

Bel hôtel mais déçus.
Hôtel bien situé dans Trapani près du centre historique. L’hôtel est neuf avec un joli patio pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. Parking public à 50 m à 0,10€/h. Les chambres sont belles mais pas très grande pour une supérieure et nous avions la vue sur la mer entre 2 immeubles. Nous avions demandé une chambre à 2 lits et avons eu 2 minuscules lits de 80 de large. On a assez mal dormi. Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas en adéquation avec le prix de la chambre. Pas de jus de fruits frais, œufs et autres préparations payantes, manque de choix, produits de basse qualité (peu de choix de thés et du Lipton...). La personne du petit-déjeuner est charmante. Vérifiez bien votre note car on a voulu nous faire repayer les nuitées alors qu’elles étaient déjà payées et qui plus est, moins cher que ce que nous avons payé en réalité !! J’attends toujours des excuses mais ce n’est pas grave, Room Mate c’est fini ! Dommage car d’autres sont très bien. Nous avons vraiment été déçus par celui-ci.

En outre, comme ils le mentionnent dans votre courrier électronique, ils connaissent déjà notre chaîne, c'est toujours une bonne nouvelle. Je voulais m'excuser si votre séjour n'était pas comme prévu. En effet, vous avez dormi dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer, comme demandé, et avec deux lits, même s’il est vrai que les lits sont étroits, mais les matelas sont neufs et de bonne qualité. Si nous avions su à l'avance, nous aurions aussi pu les changer pour une autre pièce, pour nous il n'y a pas de problème. Pour le petit-déjeuner, nous avons toujours des œufs et des produits frais et de qualité, ainsi que 4 variétés de jus, en plus du jus d’orange naturel, toujours à la demande du client. Nous aimerions que vous nous donniez une seconde chance car nous sommes certains de pouvoir changer votre opinion et faire de votre prochain séjour un moment inoubliable.
