"This was by far the best place we’ve stayed at in Bogota for the past two years. Its an apartment with brakefast included and cleaning services with room service from the downstairs delicious restaurant. They have parking, a pool, spa with dry sauna and steam bath and gym. The place was very clean with iron and laundry room downstairs. Best place for families. The staff were extremely nice and professional."

"Great location. Recently remodelled and not ready for guests. Excellent staff at front desk (no English spoken), excellent housekeeping. Very Poor management. No manager to be found. Many things not working: no television, minimum kitchen in suites. No heat whatsoever: Bogota is often cold and heat is needed. Breakfast staff is good but breakfast minimal and poor: no cut fruit, no cereal or milk, no yogurt, no butter. NOT a good breakfast as advertised. "

"Es un Hotel con una arquitectura única, sus espacios y detalles, permiten q uno se remonte hacia el pasado. Aunque mi visita fue con destino laboral, pude disfrutar del complejo y me encantó. Tiene una capilla en el patio principal y eso hace que el lugar sea mucho más hermoso, se siente mucha paz y se descansa muy bien. Solo me hubiera gustado q permaneciera abierta, para visitarla. Con toda certeza me seguiré hospedando ahí!!!"

"Hotel Lancaster is located in a great area of Bogota. It is really close to most amenities, but also great restaurants and trendy shops (Zona T). The room was a little dated, but clean, and lots of space. They have a really great breakfast every morning. Staff were all helpful, and after running a marathon, I booked an in-room massage… it was heaven!! Overall a really great place to stay, and especially affordable. And who knows, you may run in to some celebrities in the lobby as I did (Judas Priest, Journey, Mr. Big)!! Pretty awesome place!!"
