"Friendly staff, clean room "

"Room is clean. Checking in was quick and easy. Manager at front desk was very friendly, courteous and polite."

"Staff were very accommodating. They let us in 90 minutes early. The lobby and room were very clean. The room is an excellent size. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. I also like that there is a balcony to go on. But this room had no heaters. It was very cold. The staff provided me with a portable heater and extra blankets which helped alot The complimentary breakfast was very good as well. I will definetly be staying again."

"The hotel is charming. It feels like an old-fashioned luxury hotel from the early 1900s. Each room has comfortable furniture and a fireplace! The downtown location is excellent for strolling. There are many restaurants in the area. The main downside is the lack of parking (again, much like an older hotel). We had free parking at a nearby lot because it was the holiday season, but I don't know what it would be like in the summer."
