"Really good communication. I was due to arrive later than planned and there was quick response from staff and pleasant attitudes all round. Comfy bed and pillows. Big shower"

"Beautiful location created from a holy place. The surrounding trees and the hill sets the hotel apart from the busy city, while still walkable to the downtown and other attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful. Site is a bit worn in some areas and breakfast was below the expectation."

"Absolutely amazing stay. Extremely clean and tidy upon arrival. It was surprisingly spacious with 2 bathrooms. Very well maintained. The staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We had food there and it was good quality with good menu and also served GF. I would definitely recommend and we will be returning."

"Just returned from a three night stay, everything was as great as it could be, helpful friendly people, nothing was too much trouble. Our only criticism is their sister hotel could do with some staff training, service was as good as being at fawlty towers. However idle rocks was perfect !!"
