"Check in was quick, love the amenities, pool is full of kids on the weekend at all hours. Would love to check out the spa. Only one elevator was working for the west towers, long waits to get up and down to our room. Guest services attendant in the casino put my birthday in wrong so i unfortunately cannot access my rewards online. Overall a great experience."

"The elevator was known to not be working. The staff did not put up any signs indicating we could end up being trapped. We were trapped. It was only for 10 minutes, however since we didn’t know how long it would be we were feeling quite anxious. We were upset to learn that the elevator had been having issues all day. The staff did not care and basically told us to relax. Not acceptable. "

The rooms are exceptionally clean, the facilities are well-maintained and easy to use, and the bedding is fresh and very comfortable. The temperature and humidity are perfectly balanced, making the stay even more pleasant. We also had a great experience with the outdoor pool and the gym—both are excellent and well-kept.
