"As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the staff and they could not be more welcoming, polite and helpful. We got to our room (we did have to go up some stairs but nothing too bad) and it was extremely clean. The location was perfect, we were a 5minute walk to golden beach, which was stunning. As well as a 15min taxi drive to Chania old town. Which the staff helped us book. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel to go elsewhere too. However the highlight of our trip was definitely the staff, from the bar staff to the hotel staff. They were always helpful with giving recommendations, and extremely kind and greeted us with a smile (no matter what time we came in!) Couldnโt recommend it enough :) We will be booking again ASAP!"

"The location is really great and the hotel is lovely. The staff are incredible- friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Did not like the smell of the water in the toilet. I imagine it has to do with the water being recycled (grey water) and for such an expensive hotel to not replenish water bottles daily was a surprise. Everything else was fantastic."

"The cleaning staff kept the hallways and rooms spotless. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast buffet had great options. Our bartender made the most delicious drinks. The hotel is perfectly located and just 5 minutes walk from restaurants, stores and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel."

"The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff will go above and beyond to help you. There were times where the kids overtook the pool, which without having kids, didn't make for the most relaxing time. Still a great stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!"

"Decent hotel overall which ticks all the boxes without quite reaching any particular 'wow' factor. The private loungers on the beach were a highlight and the beach is clean with good sand, clear water and great for swimming. Theres also 2 additional pools which are decent and not busy even in peak season when we visited. Being an adults only hotel meant that it was peaceful without noisy kids taking over, however there are a lot of screeching cicadas in the area which are a bit like sitting next to a car alarm especially on the room's balcony area. We opted for half board which was unnecessary as we went into town for dinner, the evening buffet was ok but not amazing, breakfast buffet was good though. From chatting to locals this is one of the bigger hotels in the area and one of the few adults only. Its well regarded locally but having been to varoius other 5 star places it wasnt exceptional, but for Chania its a very good option. The hotel is well located with a handy public bus service into old town; Chania town is very pleasant and has a lot of good places to eat but the best restaurants are away from the harbour. Overall an enjoyable stay."
