"Clean room as advertised. After hours check in works great. "

"Property not convenient to U-Bahn and thus not convenient for visiting downtown. Staff very friendly and gracious but I often had to wait for service. Bar has nice selection of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages but no decent food - and no very short walk restaurants. Nice breakfast buffet. Complimentary coffee available all day but stupid policy about not bringing big mugs to room."

"Beautiful hotel, excellent location. We arrived after a transatlantic flight and were happy thst the room was ready- but then one staff came over and said she couldn’t give us the room until at least 12 noon (?), unless we paid an extra 50 euro. I can understand if the room isn’t ready, that happens - but if it’s ready what is the point in making us wait? That kind of soured our experience unfortunately."

"I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the pizza and drinks Im the restaurant were outstanding. We felt like we were coming home every time we entered the hotel. We were sorry to leave."
