Villas H20 is great value for your money It is central location good walking distance to town. Staff are friendly and helpful, they made us tastie omelettes in the morning for breakfast, have water coffee tea available all day ! The front desk was helpful in planning our tours around town! Overall great place to stay

Simple and lovely place!

A really nice play to stay. Very spacious rooms. Really beautiful surroundings and a decent size swimming pool. Around 15 mins walk from the main town but with nearby restaurants. Really helpful and friendly staff.

Property was great! Small, 10 room hotel with plenty of options. Pool is nice and lots of open areas to have your own outdoor dining. Make sure to book online before arriving at property or they will charge you more than what the online prices are. Very clean, unique quest rooms with great shampoos and soaps. Plush towels. Free made to order breakfast every morning.

Definitely a trek to get to the hotel and not necessarily the safest to walk at night as a female (there are some dark corners) but a very wonderful hotel otherwise. Just be ready to have to pay $150mx every time you want a taxi to and from el centro.

I got stuck in Tulum late in the night while traveling south and saw Villa H2O to reserve online. After reserving, I called and the attendant told me he would be gone for the day by the time I arrived but he will leave the room keys with security. This man was very accommodating and friendly. This place was chic and simple but still so beautiful. Very clean!

We had a great stay at Villas H20! It's so peaceful and quiet. Exactly what we needed as we were looking for a relaxing vacation. The staff are great, very kind, friendly, polite, and they helped us with great recommendations for restaurants, transportation, beach clubs, and things to do in Tulum as it was our first time there. The pool was fantastic! Big and super clean. Our beds and pillows were very comfy too and we loved the bathrooms decor as well. They offer a complimentary continental breakfast that we appreciated as it was a great way to start off our days, before exploring the area. There are several awesome restaurants and coffee shops near by too. The only downside is that they don't have an ice machine and that would've been amazing given how hot it is in Tulum. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

El lugar me gustó mucho, las habitaciones son bonitas. Por la noche huele un poco a caño el baño pero creo que ese ya es un tema general de Tulum. La alberca muy bonita y me gustó que puedes entrar por la noche. El desayuno bien. Un buen lugar para descansar y desconectarse del ruido
