2/10 Terrible

"Check in starts at 3 p.m. we arrived a little early and were told we could not get early check-in because our room wasn't ready. Came back at 3, room was still not ready. Was told to come back in 1/2 hour, we did, still not ready. Told to come back at 4:30...we did...room was STILL NOT READY. I asked her WHEN the room would be ready as I didn't want to have to keep going back. The girl said she couldn't say. Seriously??? It's 4:30 now, and she cannot tell me When my room will be ready. So...I already lost 1 1/2 hours of time in the room that I PAID FOR as check in is at 3, they would NOT give me a credit. We FINALLY got in the room at 5:30. The staff was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!"

"Room was clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable and location was quiet. Plenty of food options in the area but prices are a little high but plenty of options to choose from in the area. Actually got to see some Elk in the area one evening which was a bonus. Only complaint about the room is that the bathroom was a little tight and no counter space in the bathroom. With as spacious as the room was, they could have designed the bathroom with a little more room but the overall experience was great."

"The facilities are old-probably built in the 80’s or 90’s I’m guessing, but you can tell they’re in a constant state of updating. Everything was clean and well cared for. I love the center atrium! It had all kinds of eclectic, retro vibes. All the amenities you would expect from a hotel of this price were offered and on point. The staff were professional and friendly. I would stay again!"
