The room was nice, the sheets were lovely, the bathroom was a bit small, the balcony and view from the 4th floor were pleasant. The main reason I booked the hotel was for its reasonable price, food options, and convenient location 10 mins from the airport. The entrance to the hotel is off a narrow street in a local neighborhood, but Google Maps got me to within one house and the hotel parking was not difficult to navigate.
Kitlada provided a free, hot breakfast and had a small restaurant where you could order dinner. Both of these were appreciated despite that the meals were not that exciting. I do get the impression the hotel has suffered from the pandemic. Felt a little like a ghost town. Not many guests. But a staff member was always available. A decent value.
