"Loved the onsen in the basement and the snack and drink amenities. It was a very nice and clean comfortable room at a great price and good location. Only complaint is the laundry was almost useless because there would always be people with items drying for hours and you would do your wash and then have to take it upstairs to dry in your room."

"Beautiful property. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was extremely gracious and helpful and most spoke okay English. Food was atrociously expensive (we ordered half a sandwich and fries (about 15), and a cup of coffee (no refills) and it came to about $40 USD. Breakfast buffet was 5,000 yen. A cup of coffee was 1,500 yen, or about 7 USD."
