Subway entrance across the street. Tour bus pick-up at entrance. Only complaint, was the elevators having a hard time keeping up with the amount of people needing to use it. Long wait times and cramped in the elevators. Would stay there again if going back to New York City. "

The only issue I have is that I wasn't warned about the destination fee, and then when it was explained to me, I thought it was a one-time $35 fee; that's how it was made to sound. Then they charged me over $40 per DAY, with the tax added. I have to say I would not have booked this hotel if I had known about this. (They also charged for WiFi...it was just too much.)"

"Our stay was good. Amazing location, within walking distance to so much… Times Square, subway stations, broadway shows, hundreds of restaurants, and not too far to walk to Central Park. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and as expected, but it was cold. Heat didn’t work so they brought us a space heater. Made all the difference. Not perfect, but overall a great place to stay. I would stay again. "
