Union Square Hotels with Shuttle Services

"Location was great! Close to Union Square, shopping and dining. The 2 restaurants could be improved, Kan Pai is the only dinner dining restaurant. Seems more like a lounge/bar and a bit noisey. Anzu which i was hoping to have dinner at, is the nicer and more formal restaurant, but only open for breakfast. Need to have more dinner options. We had to walk to the Westin to eat at Bourbon Steak which was super loud."

"Wonderful Union Square location with inexpensive overnight parking across the street in public garage. Many food options nearby including "The Beer Hall". "

"Room was clean but small. Bathroom was cramped and very small. It gets hot in the room pretty quickly and takes a while to cool down, even with the window open. Hotel is very dated, the restaurant is not open and hasn't been since Covid. Staff is not very warm and friendly. This place is definitely not worth the price they are charging. "

"Clean rooms, attentive staff, and so many fun and luxery shops nearby. The experience was amazing and I'd stay there again! "

"The location and hotel itself were great. Check in was a breeze and we appreciated the waters we were given. We had alot of fun. Unfortunately the next day when we got our car back from the valet someone had stolen both our sunglasses from the center console. We know SF is notorious for car break ins but thought our stuff would be safe if not out in the open and in valet. Guess not. Overall though the stay was fine but loosing over 1g in a night sucked. "

"The hotel itself is nice and well kept. However, the noise level is an issue, you can hear almost everything from the room, including housekeeping staff talking and guests in nearby rooms. Also, the restaurant is currently closed for renovations, which should be clearly noted somewhere before booking."
