"Provide better instructions on retrieving keys and contact person. Leave instructions in unit on how to use water heater/ AC. We figured out at the end of the stay how to get hot water in the shower. Ensure equipment are functional and not broken. Faucet in the master bedroom was broken. "

"I rarely write reviews but I really need to warn others. I am willing to edit this rating if there are concrete improvement plans. Unfortunately it was a very frustrating ordeal to get the key. The manager sent me the contact info of who to alert before I arrived. However, once I arrived, she was not present. I called the manager and he said "someone will be there soon." After waiting some time, a Grab driver delivered us with the key. But he had no instructions of how to enter the building....

"Overall, it was a pleasant & enjoyable stay. The owner was thoughtful enough to prepare towels, ample drinking water & toiletries. Nice view from the 34th Floor (it's 33A on the property due to fengshui). Unfortunately, KL was very hazy (not the owner's fault) during our stay so it was a pity. Owner gave very detailed instructions so our check-in was smooth & hassle-free even though owner was not physically present. However, for the upper floor sleeping area, have to be careful when wake...

"Place is quiet and clean with a nice city view. It’s location is a walking distance to Bangsar LRT and closed by to KL sentral. "

"The location is really good and connected to the mall easy access but the room so stain and the bunk bed they provide unsafe to put kids on it shaking. No extra bed sheets in the room & wasn’t clean from the previous visitors when we check in"
