Famous hot spring town
Ureahino town is famous for Hot spring and onsen tofu. You can feel the high quality of the onsen water. Hotel age well but is superbly maintain. Very clean. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Very quiet and local town.

Great Hotel
I stayed in a Japanese style room, I was really looked after - I was escorted to my room and had tea made for me. I used the onsen, which was great - it left my skin feeling very soft. I then ate dinner - amazing kaiseki ryori. When I got back to my room my bed was prepared for me, it was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was a real suprise - almost as good as the dinner, delicious and beautiful.

1泊だけの素泊まりなのに、スタッフの皆さんの細かな対応にとても嬉しい気持ちで過ごすことができました。 やっぱり人のあたたかさを感じられるのが一番です。

スタッフにベテランの方が多く、柔らかな物腰での接客に安心感が持てました。外壁工事中だったのが残念でしたが事前に電話でご連絡がありました。今回は旅程の都合により食事は朝食のみで利用しましたが、次回の利用時は朝・夕食付きプランにしたいと思います。朝食会場はゆったりしており、各テーブルにお花があってシニア世代には嬉しかったです。

温泉のお湯が気持ちよかったです。食事も美味しかった。 カラオケに行ったが、マイクの調子が悪く、最後まで歌えなかった。 部屋風呂の水道が、水量少なくてお湯が張れなかった。

トロトロ湯質の大露天風呂が最高！
湯質が良く、法事のあと癒されました。屋上？の大きな露天風呂も良かったですし、地下も良かったです。 客室もゆったりしていてくつろげました。 氷の入った冷たい水のポット、湯沸ポット、行き届いていると感じました。また寄らせていただきます！

大雨特別警報の中、滞在。
九州地方の集中豪雨の中、急遽、予定を変更し、こちらに伺いました。早めに着いたのですが、快く対応いただき、チェックイン時はいろいろお手伝いいただき助かりました。朝夕食なしの滞在だったため、食事についてはわかりませんが、お風呂は内風呂はかなり広めでした。露天風呂は悪天候で使用出来ませんでした。嬉野温泉にはいくつかのホテルや宿がありますが、内風呂の広さ(当時、男湯)は一番ではないでしょうか。

屋上露天風呂は最高
新型コロナウイルスの影響で、宿泊客も少なく、お風呂はいつでも貸し切り状態でした。屋上露天風呂、和食会席は最高でした。 佐賀牛が無かったのが残念でした。

온천 여행 중이신 분에게 추천 합니다. 케바케이긴 하지만 제 방은 깔끔한 편이긴 하였지만, 세면대에서 냄새가 올라와 양치할때 어려움이 있었습니다.

予約前の事前コメント（Hotels.comさんのコメント欄）で、「豚肉が苦手な人が１名いるので配慮をお願いします」的なコメントをしていたのですが、一切聞き入れられておらず、メイン料理に「豚肉」を持ってくるなど、２品も入っていました。 「今回のコースではご要望にはおこたえすることができません。申し訳ありません。」という案内があればよかったのですが、何もありませんでした。ここが残念でなりません。

癒しのひととき
最上階からの眺望を楽しみながらの温泉は、最高でした。夕食は付けていなかったのですが、フロントの方がチェックインの際にオススメのお店を紹介してくれました。イタリア料理のお店で、ホテルから徒歩5分くらいのところです。素材に合わせたパスタの麺を選んであり、赤ワインとともに美味しくいただきました。熱々のピザ、さっぱりとしたデザート、飲みやすいイタリアンコーヒーとどれも素晴らしかったです。

大浴場很大，有Shampoo Bar 和其他特色洗護產品提供。分別在兩個地方晚餐和早餐，環境很寛敞。步行10分鐘有大型超市，而酒店附近的轟之淹瀑布也挺美。

背骨の手術をして間もない85才の母と宿泊しました。 部屋や浴場など、新しさはないものの不満を感じるほどではありませんでした。 ただ、夕食が予約の会席しかなく、食が細く長く歩けない母を歩かせて、外の食堂に行かなければならなかったので困りました。 スタッフの皆さんが、親切に外の食堂を教えて下さったので助かりましたが。

9층*옥상)에 위치한 노천탕에 몸을 누이고 올려다 보는 밤하늘의 별들이 여행의 피로를 말끔하게 풀어줍니다. 정성스레 차려주는 저녁과 아침식사는 여행길의 또 다른 행복입니다. 우레시노 버스센터에서 천천히 걸어도 10분이면 충분하지반 호텔에 전화하면 송영버스를 바로 보내줍니다.전화는 버스센터안에 있는 관광협회 직원에게 부탁하면 친절하게 전화해 줍니다. 우레시노 온천의 명성대로 온천수의 수질이 매우 좋고 피부가 매끌매끌해 집니다.

Good onsen although there were a few dead flies on the surface due to the weather. Dinner with breakfast we're excellent together with the drinks. Location is good which is in between the waterfall park and ninja park. Close to the bus station as well with 5 mins walk. Just beside the sakura trees which makes perfect scene of view towards the whole town.

편의성와 좋은 온천을 갖춘 우레시노 카수이엔 호텔
1살이 안된 아기가 있어서 다다미 방을 예약했습니다. 비흡연실이 없어서 담배 냄새가 나긴 했지만 방 내부는 쾌적했습니다. 지하와 옥상에 있는 온천은 이 호텔의 백미이니 꼭 즐겨보시길 바랍니다. 와이파이도 잘 터지고, 직원들의 서비스도 상당히 우수했습니다. 다만 호텔에서 제공하는 저녁식사보다는 우레시노 시내의 맛집을 가는 것을 추천합니다. 식당 서비스는 상당히 좋습니다. 아침은 공용 홀 다다미에서 먹었고, 저녁은 동일한 홀을 파티션으로 나눠서 저희 가족5명이 편안히 먹었습니다.
