"One of the best travel experiences I have had. Xavier and Erica are incredible hosts and people. The lodge and grounds are beautiful. Filled with beautiful plants , trees, and flowers. The lodge feels like an old ruin brought back to life. The rooms are beautiful and very rustic. The beds are extremely comfortable. Beautiful dining room for meals. The lodge is peaceful, quiet, and a short moto taxi ride from downtown. Lastly, two charming German sheapards make the lodge feel like a home away...

"We enjoyed the stay at the Vertical Sky Suites very much! The staff was incredible in helping navigate this unique site. The views from the top were incredible but getting to the units definitely requires some good level of fitness. Thank you for this amazing experience."

"Very happy with this hotel overall. 4 stars instead of 5 for a few small reasons. Laundry is SUPER expensive compared to other hotels and laundry services in the country. And the checkout is really early, 10am.
Also, don’t get the patio view rooms. We stayed here twice, a couple days before and few days after the Inca Trail. The first stay we booked a Patio View room and your room is very close to a busy road so it’s noisy. The second time we got just a regular standard room and it was so peaceful with a beautiful view of their garden.
We also were never given a room upgrade or food & drink discount, even though it was listed as a perk for Expedia Platinum accounts. Other hotels have gone above and beyond with this perk and with this hotel, nothing. Small thing though.
Their spa really did help with soreness after the Inca trail. It’s a bit more expensive compared to other massages advertised in the area, but I was also told that the cheaper massages are not good quality."
"Excellent service by everyone in the hotel. Food in the restaurant pretty good as well. Señor Eleodoro and team, including Marcelo and Catherine or Jacqueline (may be wrong) but what we really remember was her smiles at all the times. What a nice lady! Even the door men, always welcoming with good manners! Thanks to all! Will be back for sure!"
"My wife and I had the best Peruvian experience in the company and service of Roger, Gustavo and Belen who took excellent care of us, provided us with wonderful traditional food and always made us feel at home. Roger even performed a little traditional Inca offering ceremony and taught us about this tradition. Even though the wind and temperature dropped during the evenings and nights, we were made comfortable in our Domo with the electric heating unit. We had hot water for our shower, the bathroom was clean and well maintained, with clean towels provided every day if we requested and our room was cleaned every day as well. We were also provided with two free bottled water during our stay and additional bottled water provided when we went for our day trips. Our room view was stunning to say the least since we live in Philadelphia. Gustavo cooked all our meals and Belen helped with the meal preps as well as brought us fresh hot coffee with milk and fruit every morning before we set out for our day trips. Roger also helped book us a driver, a wonderful dual-lingual (Spanish-English) Peruvian woman named Ruth who is a superb and experienced driver. If you need to get around the valley she is someone you can count on. Overall we loved every minute of our stay and really were sad to leave. If you are in the sacred valley we definitely recommend staying at least a night or two at the Miski Samay Domo Boutique for a warm, friendly and comfortable experience."
"Casa Kantu Hotel is perfectly located walking distance to the Maine square and other historical places. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are kept clean, and the breakfast has a good variety of fresh fruit, proteins, and pastries. If check out is early, make sure you ask for a to go breakfast."
"This is a wonderful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is fabulous, they even open it early to accommodate guests who have early morning tours departures. I would staff there again without question."
