"This is a family run business and they truly care about the comfort of their guests. To start, we had some delays in our arrival to Cusco and Milagros was very gracious and patient in arranging our transportation to the apartment. Breakfast was great and plentiful with eggs, bread, coffee and fresh fruit. We used the apples and bananas as snacks for the day 😊 Miligros gave us excellent suggestions for sites to visit and where to shop. She even accommodated our request for late check-out....

"Way to go! My family of 4 (with two young kids) really enjoyed the apartment because of the location and quiet home-like feel. Everything in the city was perfectly walkable: the local market, bakeries, coffee shops, the main plaza, Sacsayhuaman. We found it to be an ideal base for exploring and we felt very safe. The apartment was clean. Some of our favorite things were 1.) the endless hot water tank, which meant great showers 2.) the rooftop deck, which we had access to, had a wonderful view...

"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. "The hotel is beautiful. It’s located in a renovated convent in a wonderful location close to Plaza De Armas. Everybody was extremely courteous and professional. From Victor and George at the reception to everybody at the restaurant. Breakfast is delicious and the restaurant was fantastic "

"We had a great stay at El Balcon, the staff was friendly and made check in super easy. The rooms were clean and very cute. It gets chilly at night and they had heaters. The layout of the hotel is beautiful. The restaurant has delicious food, plus the chefs were super accommodating. I would definitely recommend a stay here! "
