"This place is unbelievable! Such an experience. It will definitely be memorable. The stones are so beautiful and modern. The views are stunning. They brought us a beautiful breakfast to our dome. The staff was amazing. Helping us with everything. They made a bonfire at night and helped us with it. They helped us with the outdoor jacuzzi. "Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. My Goodness, the beds are soft and comfortable. Having split rooms with a group was great. I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't say one bad thing about it. "

"This is a brand new facility. Some rooms are still being finished during our stay. It’s conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. After checking out on the last day of stay, they watched over our suitcases for a few hours, so we can finish the city tour. Thumbs to the Augusto the manager and his team. "

"The manager (female) of Casa Muru is so unfriendly and “Karen” like in nature that more than 5 of the neighboring restaurants, cafes, and stores warned me about her, and respectively expressed how difficult it was to communicate or cooperate with her."

"The location and property were good. Communications was poor. We had to wait long periods of time for an answer. Be aware that water doesn’t get to the showers or toilet during the day. They use a tank and the recommendation is to use the showers at night or until 8 am. Overall we were a little disappointed with the property. "

"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. The staff were friendly and very accomodating, the property is beautiful, the beds are very comfy, the water pressure is amazing, the hot tub experience was divine, the views are spectacular, and the food was wonderful. "The staff were super kind, especially Rodrigo. Since we had an early tour and couldn’t stay for breakfast, they thoughtfully prepared sandwiches, fruit, and water for us to take along. Truly appreciated their hospitality!"

"This historic property is in fact a museum and a 5-star luxury hotel located across the street from the must see Qorikancha. Our experience was outstanding. Hot tea in the lobby. A baby lima in the plaza by the restaurant. Outstanding service with people waiting to assist you everywhere you go. The restaurant provides excellent food, with lovely, soothing live music. The buffet breakfasts had all the high quality offerings one could hope for. The room was plush and luxurious (even if a bit small), with beds one sinks into, plush first rate robes, towels, bedding and pillows, hot showers. Don't miss the free tour of the hotel at 5p, done by a very accomplished young man who provided a lot of information one would not have gotten otherwise. It ended with a moving Inka ceremony of music and dance. After 10 days in a series of nice but simple hotels in Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu, it was nice to enjoy the comforts of the Palacio for 3 nights, while seeing the sights in Cusco."

"It’s a newly renovated extremely charming hotel! The breakfast is maybe not for all - for me the abundance of fruit, good bread and lots of advocado, omelette made fresh was perfect. Situation is also perfect - just at the historical centre without the worst noice. Great value for money!"

"My stay exceeded expectations. Pros: Heater and heavy blanket in room, great shower pressure with hot water, filtered water station, coco tea immediately available, saw people getting supplemental O2, decent breakfast - scrambled eggs, omelette station, orange juice was amazing, will make a small lunch bag if you miss breakfast Cons: It’s an older building and the eggs were sometimes runny - that’s literally my only complaint Middle of the their winter and I was as comfortable as I could be. Would 100% stay here again."
