There is no on-site services available. The answering service was not helpful. We are not rude but they are not warm either. I guess this is the mentality of a large corporation of employees."

"This place was great! I was a little skeptical about the ski-in/ski-out claim, but it's true. From the parking garage you can ski (downhill) to the bottom of the Elkhorn lift, and from the bottom of the Strawberry Express lift you can ski (mostly downhill) back to the garage. There's an equipment locker inside the building on the garage level, so you don't have to haul your gear upstairs. The interior decor of the condo is a little dated, but it met our needs perfectly.
