The attention to detail is impeccable, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home which we really appreciated. The property itself is top notch, which unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy because this was our first trip to Tuscany and we would leave in the morning and come back at night. They have their own veggie gardens where they grow the produce they use for their restaurant. This hotel's restaurant has fine china for the breakfast buffet, enough said for the overall quality. This is a pricey hotel but well worth the price. I hope one day soon we will be back. "
