Yoann was amazing facilitating late check! Apartment was basic, all we needed for a short stay. immaculately clean and very comfortable bed. Only suggestion would be to add a couple of extra pillows to the bed.

Highly Recommend!
Two night stay in a lofted apartment with kitchen. Perfect location, very helpful staff, extremely clean and comfortable stay. We also rented the bikes which were well maintained. Will definitely return! Thank you very much to Yoann and your team!

Great location
We stayed for three nights. Everything was perfect - from the communication before the stay (we checked-in after the reception had closed) to the actual stay. The staff were very courteous, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient for exploring Valencia on foot. Would definitely recommend!

Marga was very helpful overall, great comunicación skills. I love the comfort that this hotel provided, I enjoyed the fresh air , the balcony was a plus. Overall we had a great stay . Transportation was just steps away, food walking distance. Grocery store was located across street. I will stay again if I travel to Valencia again.

Cheap well locate apartment style rooms
Spacious rooms with sofa bed and small kitchen area. Great location for cafes, bars and restaurants. Close to main train station in Valencia.

Very clean quiet and comfortable apartment that was larger than I expected. I especially enjoyed the YouTube on the tv. The air conditioning was great too. An excellent place to stay in the beautiful city of Valencia.

The hotel is great and the location is 10 minutes walk from everything. The staff are excellent and the rooms are great. The only issue is finding the hotel in a car is a bit of a challenge - initial parking is tough. Once you are checked in, the parking lot is a 2 min walk away and easy enough, but too far if you have a lot luggage

Mostly a good experience but room for improvement!
Our room was clean and nicely furnished, with couple of exceptions. Although we made it clear that we needed to use the bed AND the sofa bed, there was no bedding for the sofa bed when we arrived. Also no blankets in the entire unit. Bedding for the sofa bed was delivered the next day, but blankets were not delivered for two days. The hotel is on a very busy street, and our room fronted the street. So very noisy if you open the french doors, which is the only way to get fresh air. Room was also kind of dark. Otherwise room was very serviceable and the folks at the front desk were nice and helpful. Overall i would give it a B+.

Excellent little studio with character touches.
Very good set up, for a short stay - kitchen is ample for making coffee/tea, breakfast. For a place where you could cook meals, I would say it is a bit under equipped - could use a couple more cups and plates. Shower had great pressure but we were late getting going one morning and seemed to have run out of hot water :(. Walking distance to the Valencia Nord train station and old town. Hotel has a small concession for emergency supplies like wine and coffee and also there is a vending machine. Lots and lots of cafes and bars close by. We would stay again, especially for a short stay.

Reception staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. It had a mini kitchen which included a kettle and fridge. The bedroom was seperate and had a good shower room. The hotel itself was close to the bars and restaurants and a short walk to the old town. We were very happy with our choice of hotel.

Marc was great with our check in and was able to give us lots of information about the area. The hotel was modern, very clean and quiet. Our room was facing the main street and was very noisy with the window open, however when the window was closed it was very quiet. It was a good location, close to the train which we arrived on and the historic district. We rented bikes the next day and rode to a few sights that were a bit further away and to the beach. A great way to get around in the city as there are many kilometres of bike lanes. Great value for what we paid and received.

The room was much larger than I'd expected, had huge windows and even a tiny patio off of the bedroom (yes, a separate bedroom, like a studio apartment. It was very clean from the front door onward. The shower floor needed a more thorough cleaning, but it was not a deal-breaker to me for a one-night stay. Front desk personnel were very efficient. Early departures are made through a side door that opens only from the inside as the reception area opens at 9AM.

Good stay in Seville. Good location. Close to stat
Good stay. We arrived late in night, the auto check-in process was easy and seemless. The room was clean and spacious. Our room was fully stocked with kitchen utensils which we did not use. The front desk in the morning, Marc, was helpful and informative. The location is good. 5 minutes from Main train station. Seville is small and easy to manage. I recommend this hotel.

We liked everything about the studio we booked. The only thing I am not happy with is the bike hire. the bikes we hired had soft tires and poor brakes. the brakes should be maintained, They are unsafe.

good hotel, could be improved with safes in the rooms, also more coat hangers.also guests can be very noisy coming in from bars, very loud talking, when we came in at night we did not talk loudly or slam doors, but i guess some people are just very ignorant and dont care.

Good Place for Overnight Stay
Only stayed here one night, but it was sufficient. Room is large and was clean. Bathroom was nice. Very walkable into Old City to see cathedral and Serranos Towers. Staff is welcoming.

One night stay close to train station
I chose this hotel for our recent trip to Spain mainly because it was so close to the train station and since we were only staying here for one night and leaving early in the morning, it seemed like the best option in the area. Overall, it was just okay, nothing bad and nothing really great that stood out here. It was fine for what we needed and everything in Valencia is pretty close so it wasn't too long of a walk to the old town. The area around the hotel doesn't have very much in terms of restaurants and places to go so you have to walk for about 5-10 min or so to get to a more lively area. It seemed very safe and even quiet for a big street. The room was clean, a bit cold, had a little kitchenette, which is great if you're staying for a while and don't want to spend too much on food, and was very quiet. I tried contacting the hotel before our stay to get help with dinner reservations and their replies were a bit sporadic so we ended up not being able to make any dinner reservations. The fact that we were there on the day after their Father's Day, when every restaurant seemed closed some reason, didn't make it any easier. If it were any other day, it probably would've been fine. Other than that, it's not a bad choice in Valencia, I'd probably stay there again if I were to go back and needed to be close to the train.
