This hotel is completely overpriced - it is clean and generally well maintained (apart from the obvious building works in the lobby). But I don’t know how it managed to get a 4* rating, it is very basic and clinical. I often stay in the Victoria area and have stayed in much nicer hotels than this for a cheaper price. Do not recommend and won’t be back
