"Beautiful, grand hotel. Updated Large rooms with lovely bathrooms. Walkable and safe good dining, great shopping options. Property wasn’t able to accommodate for early check in and room upgrade. Parking at the hotel is for a fee of $55. Early bookings are recommended."

"The location was pretty centralized at only a short walk to just about everything, including a train and ferry. As for the hotel, the room was spacious and had all that you'd expect in a room (coffee, tea, iron, hair dryer, etc.). Some of the staff roaming the building throughout the day (housekeeping/maintenance) could be more welcoming to guests, but no complaints. It felt as if I had the housekeeping headquarters outside my door at all times, literally sitting on the floor and gathering/prepping for the next cleaning."
