"Clean, has nice views of the mountain (depends if you get street view or back view). Also hotel staff was great, helpful and very customer oriented. It's one bus ride away from Vancouver downtown, the surrounding area had cute little shops and timmies right under which helped start the day. Overall great property with great location for Vancouver visitors. One small note is the breakfast can use a small improvement as the options were mostly carbs (fries, bread, bagels, etc) and the food that was there is okay at best. Other than that amazing all around hence the 5 stars"

"The staff was very helpful from the very beginning. Made recommendations for improved rooms, a late checkout, and restaurants. The stores in the area and the hotel were very good. We were cruising the next day so having the hotel have an elevator that goes right to the ship was very helpful. We have stayed here before and are very happy with the hotel and will stay here in the future when needed."
