"My stay at this hotel blew me away. The room itself was excellent and big. The mattresses and couch were comfortable and the views outside the room never disappoint with the runway view and ocean view. I was extremely amazed at the layout of the room and the buttons to control the curtains and the lamps. If I ever fly out of YVR, I would stay here again."

The staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was spotless, modern, and well-appointed with everything we needed- plus some thoughtful little extras like chocolates every evening and a card that informed us of the weather forecast for the next day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept like a dream. The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful. We also really enjoyed all the tech features that controlled the lights, air conditioning as well as the shades and curtains. A special shoutout to one of the valets, Homan, who was so incredibly kind to my son and I and we hope to see him again on our next visit. I can’t recommend this place enough and I’ll definitely be back! "

"10 out of 10. Staff is very friendly and whole process was smooth. It's an older building so not modern(still has everything you need. The whole area was a older established neighborhood. I loved it. Gave it character. The courtyard was so cool in the middle. Will be back!"
