Grateful for this gem
This hotel was not my first choice-- I was hoping for something cheaper-- but I booked it due to the limited openings available as I took the train into Varese. This hotel is small, has a personal touch, and the accommodations were excellent. The room was clean, fresh, and welcoming and the bed was fitted wonderfully. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the continental breakfast a nice start to each day, and the location excellent. Ultimately this 'alternate' choice was ideal and I will definitely stay here again.

A Very Comfortable, Central Hotel
A nice, clean hotel in the centre of Varese. The staff are very professional and helpful, the rooms a good size and comfortable. The bathrooms are big and well appointed. Breakfast is very good with the option, for a small extra charge, to have cooked dishes too. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Varese.

This was a most fabulous hotel and the staff was even better. They helped us with everything and with a smile. The rooms are very clean and updated. I patio was beautiful and lovely to have a drink or breakfast on. I highly highly recommend this hotel

Varese, a beautiful little town in Northern Italy
Very friendly and professional front desk staff. Got a great room on the second floor,( very modern with allot of LED lights, that kept us awake, until we discovered how to cover them) clean and large including a huge king bed! Bathroom offered allot of space and the rain shower was enjoyable! Breakfast offered everything one expected. Overall a good stay at this Hotel.

The staff make this hotel, they are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas. Our room was very spacious, plenty of storage for clothes, somewhere to sit other than on the bed and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! The lighting was good too. Breakfast was delightful. We found the parking facilities very easy too and the location of the hotel was spot on. It’s right in the centre of Varese and the train station is a 5 min walk away. Could not find a single fault with anything during our 3 night stay. We have recommended it to our friends and we will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Varese
Excellent hotel and service. The hotel is two minutes walk to the center of Varese where there are lots of bars and restaurants that are open late. There is gated parking; breakfast is traditional Italian with a selection of pastries, croissants, prosciutto, formaggi, freshly squeezed orange juice, and cappuccino/espresso.

The service is both personal and professional. The property is modern, updated,and fresh. It is a boutique hotel with 5 star service. Superb location. The bar has a wide array of high end craft brands. The people are friendly and go out of thier way to make your stay enjoyable. Bravo.

A large, modern hotel, perfectly situated close to the main shopping area of Varese. The room is beautifully designed, spacious and extremely comfortable.

Hotel and their team are amazing. The only thing was that you couldn't get dinner in the hotel, however, they helped me to get take away and even brought it to my room!

We really enjoyed this modern hotel. The location is close to the main shopping area of Varese. There are lots of restaurants close by within walking distance. We especially loved the huge bathroom and shower, for Italy this was grand. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. Look no further.

Excellent Hotel di Varese
We arrived on Tuesday October 7, 2014 at 8pm on a rainy, dreary evening. We were greeted by a young fellow at the front desk who was outstanding. He helped carry our bags to our room, then went outside to the oneway street to hold back any cars, so that I could put my car into reverse to could enter their parking garage, then walked with me from my parked car to the hotel holding an umbrella over my head. I could not believe the level of service that he provided for us. Initial impressions are critical and he could not have done a better job. I know the Hotel will know who I am referring to based on the dates that I provided since he was the only person I saw at the hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was okay. The secure, complementary parking was a nice perk. Overall, our stay was excellent.

Worked well for our purposes
We liked the hotel and have no major complaints about it. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was quite varied (but no hot or prepared dishes). In our case we were visiting friends nearby and wanted to be able to walk to downtown Varese. If you are visiting to go to the Lakes for a short period, you are probably better off in a hotel closer to one of the lakes. Lastly, the hotel was nice and comfortable, but the rooms were quite spartan. It felt like more of a business hotel in some respects.

Beautiful Stay in Varese
Hotel was a bit hard to find and deceiving from the outside but inside was very modern , new, clean and fresh . My only slight issue is the bed and pillows were so hard but after all the walking we did around Varese we still slept well!! We would go back

Very nice hotel located near lake Maggiore and lake Como. We spent two nights there and found the staff very friendly and helpful. Most spoke some English. The breakfast (included in the room price) was wonderful with a wide variety of choices. Would give the hotel five stars.

Das Hotel steht sehr zentral, Zimmer sind sauber und schön gestaltet. Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich. Parkplätze im Innenhof vorhanden und von externen nicht zugänglich. Bin wirklich immer wieder gerne dort. Werde es auch in Zukunft besuchen wenn ich nach Varese gehe.

Very pretty and well-kept hotel near railway station. Varese is nice place to visit before heading to Malpensa airport. The service was super, everyone was more than helpful! They even served us breakfast at 6.30 before we left. The room was fresh and quiet. I appreciate good night sleep and this hotel was perfect for that. Thanks! If you visit Varese, you must choose this hotel!
