"Older property but very nice. Great service."

"Overall, our stay was great. The room was large and nicely furnished. Plus, we had a great view of the city and the water! The staff was very nice, helpful and professional! We will stay here again. Though it would have been nice for a hotel of this caliber and price to give their guests a couple of bottles of water. The health club could use some more equipment including resistance bands and training straps. "

"Everything was good at the property but the indoor pool’s water was murky and I could not detect any chlorine scent so maybe their water isn’t being treated properly, other than that the evening staff at the front desk was friendly and professional but the day staff front desk was professional but lacked warmth like she was having a bad day and couldn’t afford even one smile and we were their for 7 night's"

"We enjoyed our stay. Most convenient for anything "Tacoma Dome." Location for such is AMAZING! Staff was very courteous, pleasant, helpful, and very nice. Names to mention: "Day", "Adina", "Andrea." Welcoming bunch of friendly staff. Understanding and very helpful as well. "Day" was most pleasurable to greet us, friendly with a very "we'll fix it attitude" that I most appreciated. I enjoyed our stay here more than any of the hotels we have stayed in for the past 5 years."
