Very convenient from the airport

E Rico was very helpful, he picked us up at the airport even though we arrived late. The room is clean and basic, but very convenient for an overnight before moving on to our next town. He even helped us with bus tickets. We only speak English so his help was welcome.

The wifi did not work and the owner had very specific details regarding how to conduct oneself throughout the stay. Don't forget to bring cash if you require transport to the airport; otherwise, you will need to walk down a busy road to a crowded casino that apparently houses the only ATM in the area. Other than those things, we felt safe and were able to take a hot shower after a long trip.

We liked how close Casa del Miele was from the airport, it was an easy cab or bus ride to get back and forth. The price was very good also. What we didn't like was the abundance of mosquitoes, we had to close the shutters during our entire visit, and sitting on the patio was impossible. a bit of a walk to get to any nearby restaurants.

Reasonable hotel for getting to the airport easily

The hotel was reasonable for an overnight stay before heading to the airport. Enrico was so nice and took us to the airport (10 minutes away) at 4am so we could make our flight. He only charged us 15 Euro for this. It was hard to get there, as the AVTO bus that goes to right next to the BnB does not seem to have a name. But once we got on the right bus, it was cheap and easy to get there. Just a bit of confusion before we figured it out.

Nice and close to airport

Once we figured out the bus directions with the help of very friendly bus driver our arrival at the B&B was without a hitch. The rooms are nice sized and we had a private bath. Enrico helped us get the bus to Venice, even walking out to the bus stop to make sure we flagged down the right bus. Nice breakfast with good coffee

Gut für eine Übernachtung in Flughafennähe

Wer eine günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe vom Flughafen sucht, ist hier richtig. Das Zimmer ist simpel, die Unterkunft mitten im Niergendwo. Kein TV auf dem Zimmer. Das Bad abgewohnt. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und gründlich! UND lediglich ein Restaurant ist in der Nähe, aber das ist super!! Außerdem ein Casino.

Casa de Miele

Enrico was very accommodating. We needed a place to stay before an early morning flight home, and Casa de Miele is only a mile from the airport. The room was comfortable, and he got breakfast for us early. He even gave us a ride to the airport for 10 euro (bus service is available but early morning times not convenient). Great place to stay as you are arriving or leaving Venice

Great for an overnight before flying out

We arrived and there was a mix up about when we were staying. Thankfully, I had my paperwork. Wifi was down, which was another bummer. Bedroom had 3 twins and I thought we were getting a double. Yet, all that said, Enrico got the room ready for us immediately, put the beds together and was a wonderful host. The room is spacious and the private bathroom was big. Great big bath towels and wonderful drinking water. Mosquito screens! Very nice. Glad it wasn't any hotter though because we were warm and didn't see fan or air conditioning. Enrico helped us get to Venice easily so we can spend one last day in Venice. In fact, we were able to buy bus tickets from him, he walked us to the bus stop, looked up the bus times for us, and told the bus driver where we wanted to go. Who does that!? Enrico does! There's a casino down the street (walking) and the most fabulous local restaurant across the street from there. We had a great time and were very happy with our stay. Plus, the drive to the Marco Polo was quick and easy. Breakfast was a transitional European breakfast. I loved it. FRESH bread-2 different kinds, cereal, coffee, juice and more treats. Casa del Miele is a lovely property and it was nice to experience an area outside of Venice. Enrico, thank you for your hospitality.

Very near to Airport

I think this B & B is a great place to stay if you want to be near the airport. Also a bus stop is only a couple of minutes away. Owner was very friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable.
