Very roomy apartment, everything was very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood with wonderful restaurants. Really close to a major ferry stop and to Saint Mark's. Excellent place to stay!

I highly recommend this place. It is pretty spacious and charming. The access from the port to the place was easy, so my exit to the airport. Charming views to the canal, but keep in my to close the windows otherwise mosquitos will get you at night :)

Excellent location!! This property was a great size and in a great spot to explore Venice. We were very close to the water bus along with many, many food and drink options. Walking to St Marks took only 5 minutes. Would stay again.

Property is located closed to Restarants and the walk from the Vaporetto stop is only 5 minutes. Place is decorated very tastefully. I really enjoyed my stay. Communication for check in was great and they even provided a list of local activities to book as well as supermarkets information. I would recommend if you are traveling with family.

This property is a hidden gem in the San Marco area. It is perfectly located only a few minutes walk from the San Mark’s plaza and Rialto Bridge, but tucked in a quiet and cute neighborhood. There are tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The property is clean and spacious.

Great choice for a comfy stay.

The overall stay here was excellent. The location of the apartment is perfect to access everything in Venice. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had a little trouble navigating the first day, but that was due to a delayed arrival and trying to find our way late at night.

Clean, modern, spacious, great location, easy to get to by water transport, walk to San Marcos square. A great find, can’t ask for anything more. You open the window, you see a canal and an old campanile, you’re in Venice.

Das Appartment ist in der Altstadt, an 2 Seiten von kleinen Kanälen umgeben. Sowohl Markusplatz als auch Rialto-Brücke sind nicht weit. Allerdings liegt das Haus etwas versteckt und es ist guter Orientierungssinn gefragt, wie sowieso in Venedig. Wir waren allerdings einwenig genervt von den Stechmücken, die wir immer wieder in der Wohnung hatten. Und das Ende Oktober!
