The property was in a great location. It was on the 5th floor no elevator but we knew that. The problem is the bathroom sink was split in two. You could lift one piece off Ceramic when broken is an extreme health hazard uf you get cut. We told the contact about this. No response

Everything was great. It's a 5th floor walk-up, so that can be challenging.

Generally good experience

My overall assessment is that it was a good travel experience. There is no elevator and has steep stairs. It can be tiring after long Venice trips. It has an excellent location. It has a clean house and new furnishings. The sofa bed is quite noisy. The air conditioning is a bit inadequate. Higher capacity should have been preferred. Internet works fine. Rental hosts respond very late to messages but are friendly when contacted. Close to Crai SanMarco Supermarket. Shopping can be done there. It has a beautiful view from the terrace.

Kiva söpö asunto. Hyvä sijainti. Alhaalla hyviä ravintoloita. Puhtaat pyyhkeet ja muutamia tarvikkeita. Seinillä, katossa, kylppäreissä ja verhoissa ällöttäviä likaläiskiä. Kaipaisi perusteellisempaa puhdistusta ja siivousta. Terassi ok, mutta ei kovin viihtyisä. Ei pimennysverhoja!

Ausreichend Platz und elegante Bäder, um mit seiner Familie einige Tage in Venedig zu verbringen. Sehr gute Kücheneinrichtung, es fehlte vielleicht ein stilvolles Weinglas. Großartig ist die Nähe und der hervorragende Blick auf den Campanile und den Dom San Marco vom Balkon aus, wo man in der Sonne die Aussicht bei einem Kaffee oder Glas Wein genießen kann. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gute Gastronomie in direkter Umgebung. Vom Flughafen kann man mit einem Ali Laguna Boot direkt zur Haltestelle San Zacharia fahren. Dann sind es nur noch 150 bis 200 Meter zur Wohnung, wo die Vermieterin uns begrüßte und alle Funktionen erklärte. Expedia sollte den Hinweis in die Beschreibung aufnehmen, dass man zur Wohnung 5 Etagen ohne Lift zu bewältigen hat.

Parfaitement situé

Séjour parfait, établissement très bien situé en plein cœur de Venise à 2min de la Place Saint Marc. Très lumineux, très propre, très calme, avec 2 grands balcons et une belle vue. Massimo, l’hôte est arrangeant et de bon conseil. Seul point négatif : les équipements de base très limités (1 rouleau de papier toilette, que 2 serviettes (pas de machine à laver), fond de liquide vaisselle…). Mais à part cela, tout est parfait.
