"There is zero management to speak to and no way to even speak.or meggage them crazy the bed had sperm and qubic hair on the bed and poor staff zero ability to do anything about so booked another hotel across the road , the room 300 had been used ! "Atendimento excelente, hotel limpo, cafe da manhã ótimo, localização excelente. Faltou secador de cabelo em um dos quartos e pegamos e tbm, por Poços ser um lugar mais frio, sugiro que os Ar sejam quente e frio. Mas isso não vai me impedir de retornar. Obrigada !"
