The Flag Design Hotel is a very nice property. The property and room are very, very clean. Staff people are very helpful. The receptionist explained many of the various attractions to visit. It is a short walk to the town square. It’s all good!!

Great location. Building and rooms were nice. Possible to book a sauna and steam room. Staff was helpful, with recommendations for town and also organising an early breakfast. Would stay here again

Atenção a o quarto atribuído
O quarto que nos foi atribuído é para hóspedes de mobilidade reduzida, o qual se encontra ao lado do restaurante onde servem os pequenos almoços. Além de termos de ouvir as máquinas dos ares condicionados no exterior a trabalhar a noite toda, a partir das 6:30 da manhã já ouvíamos pratos e talheres. Trata-se de um quarto sem qualquer tipo de insonirização e faz-nos sentir como se estivéssemos numa cave. Como está num corredor principal de acesso à recepção ouvíamos os ruídos das malas e das pessoas a passar. Julgo que este quarto deve ser atribuído a um valor reduzido e/ou dado a conhecer ao hóspede as condições do mesmo. Não deve ser cobrado o valor de um quarto noutra zona do hotel. Principalmente em época alta com os preços praticados nessa altura. Estivemos hospedados em março e não hesitamos em regressar agora. Devido a esta experiência não iremos voltar. Alertamos para a situação visto que quando manifestamos o nosso desagrado nada foi feito para alterar ou compensar a situação.

bonne surprise
Nous avons été tout de suite mis à l aise accueil, prise en charge de la voiture et explications de la ville. situé près du centre historique qui permet de tout faire à pied. j aurai aimé une lampe et une prise au niveau du bureau pour ne pas déranger les autres personnes de la chambre. bon séjour dans l ensemble merci

Relação custo-benefício ruim
Fomos alocados em um quarto no térreo, em frente a recepção, que tinha muito ruido exterior. Embora o quarto fosse bom, não era exatamente o que esperavamos de acordo com as fotos dos quartos do hotel. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar. Mesmo o quarto sendo agradável, a relação custo beneficio não foi boa. O melhor de tudo do hotel foi a localização.

Hotel muito bonito e bem recuperado com um staff simpático e disponível!! Muito bem situado no centro da cidade! Hotel podia ter avaliação de 10/10 não fosse a falta de insonorização do quarto familiar, ouvem-se todos os sons da rua e as conversas na recepção, algo a precisar de solução urgente!

Me gustó mucho la amplitud de la habitación y lo cuidado que está todo, personal muy amable. Parking 7€ día justo a lado de hotel. Lo recomiendo.
