"The apartment is too small to comfortably accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). It would be more suitable for a family of 3 at most. On the last day, there were strong winds, resulting in a power outage across the entire area for 3 hours. We were surprised that in a region known as a ski destination, a windy day could cause such an extended power cut. Additionally, there was no water supply due to the lack of a functioning pump. "Lovely hotel in great location. Recepton staff very good. Breakfast staff chatted amonst themselves all morning. Spa area is really poorly designed. Walk through the pool area and downstairs with dirty shoes to a tiny "changing room" which is a few showers and toilets with a stool outside. And door opens directly on to reception area so no privacy for changing. Swimmers also drip down the stairs so an accident waiting to happen!! Some gym equipment broken. And the gym and pool don't open until 11am!!!!! Why? Not supervised so just open before breakfast! "
