"Had a great time at this hotel!! The location is excellent. The best part is Guillermo and Diego, owner and administrator of the hotel who make you feel like family and help you with anything you may need, from buying groceries, to helping with ski instructors and equipment, to booking tours. "My room was in front of the Main Street (bustillo) so I heard the cars going back and forth all night, the view was not as advertised by the property. On top of this the room was too hot, amenities are open but nobody is on the spa or the pool to help you out, I left after the first night and went to another hotel where my parents made their reservation, less expensive and with much better amenities. I do not recommend this hotel"

"The first apartment was on a lower floor facing the a busy road. Didn’t sleep for 2 nights with drunken teenagers shouting until sunrise. Don’t visit Bariloche in late December. Hundreds of schoolies everywhere you go on package tours. The apartment owner was very nice and I moved to another of her apartments nearby which was very quiet although not a nice as the other."

"Our room had a lake view which was stunning. Room was comfortable even if a little dated. Unfortunately you can't regulate the heating and it was unbearable the first night, added to the heat was the noise of traffic outside, we were told we could turn it off completely, but there was no handle to do so, when the maintenance person arrived he was surprised to see there wasn't a handle nor on the bathroom heater either, but that one was turnedd off. He had to come twice, didn't have a replacement...
