The staff were helpful and friendly, the location (near Belvedere and trams 0 and 71) is excellent. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. The restaurant was good, offering an enormous Vienna Schnitzel. We suggested they make it a little smaller with more vegetables!

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It is so comfortable and yet feels luxurious at the same time. Really easy to get to from the Airport by train. Very close to Rennweg station. We enjoyed dinner at the bar, food was tasty. We also enjoyed using the steam room, sauna and cold shower. The staff were very friendly. I can’t recommend it enough!

This is a business hotel with easy access by train from the airport and near trams to the historic area. Spacious lobby. Top notch reception staff. Room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Restaurant food was expensive, but you can get a salad or sandwich in the bar for a reasonable price, or stop by the less expensive coffee shops down the block or across the street. Would stay there again.

Hotel was clean and modern , room was large with sitting area. Chocolates , fruit, bottle of water in the rooms welcome gift . Easy walking distance to all of the museums and concerts etc . Vienna is a very clean inviting city and relatively quiet

It's not right near lots of central locations but it's convenient enough. The room was really nice, the late checkout was helpful. Breakfast was exorbitant though! We asked if there were some things suitable for our dietary restrictions and the hotel confirmed there was, but it was actually a tiny selection for something that costs 28EUR, more than many multi course meals.

Fantastic property. Great breakfast and fitness options, perfect location, routes for runners, solid room service, and lots of English speakers on staff for a few folks who don’t speak much German. We hope to come back soon!

It was a great stay in Vienna. The staff was friendly. We even got an excellent room upgrade as Expedia Gold members. I highly recommend the location, as it's just on the train line from the airport (3 min walk) and within 15-20 min walk from the main train station.

It is hard an dangerous to climb over th tub to have the shower for ol people. TV is small. STRONG SMOKING SMELL. RECEPTION CANNOT GIVE VERY USEFUL ADVICE BUT staff Chiara-Cayenne is very kind and help. I appreciate very much for her help
