Great place in a very convenient area
This is an amazing hotel. It is extremely close to a lot of things around town, especially including a metro stop that will easily take you directly to the center of town. It's within an easy walking distance to the Prater entertainment area which is definitely worth going to. At first, when I arrived, it was night time and I was kind of worried about the area but my fears ended up being unjustified as it just looks like a sketchy area and I never felt unsafe at all, even when I was walking from the hotel to the metro stop to go back to the airport at 3 am.

The nice, straight facade hides the fact that this is a collection of little rooms connected to each other. The lobby is small and makes use if secondary compartments. There is 24-hour service, which is great. Beyond a drinks vending machine, not much is available, and for Vienna visitors, it may suprise some that the market next door, like most other shops, is closed on Sundays and the weekend limits opening hous. This means it's important to get enough drinks and drug store/farmaceutical supplies for those days. Spacious rooms with, in our case, a separate WC and a small bathroom. Good beds, the bedding is simple but effective. Useful to have nearly a full kitchen available, with all the essential tools to use it. Parking outside is nearly impossible (you have to pay every 2 hours), so pay the extra money for the underground car park.

The apartment room (superior suite) was very cozy, big, and equipped (had a dishwasher in the kitchen for example). Realy enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Staff was pleasant. Beds were comfortable, blackout roll shutters were excellent, wifi was good and air conditioning worked great. It wasn’t fancy, but rooms were set up nicely. I would consider staying again.

The room was spacious. It is a few minute walk to the train station that will take you to all of the major destinations in Vienna. The decor is dated and I can only speak to my room on the level “0”, but it smelled strongly of mildew. Price was a bit high I think for the value, but overall it suited our needs.

This was a last-minute choice and I chose it because of its excellent rate. It turns out that this hotel offers rooms that are far superior to any of the other options I could have chosen (for more $$!). The room was very modern, with a more or less complete kitchen, wonderful bed, amazing bathroom/shower, and lovely little table. Would definitely recommend!

Good location for River Danube
Near Underground U1and Bus Stop Near Train Station...Pratersten Near River Danube and walk comfortably However I have 2 days early morning trips and i requested the buffet breakfast be packed in meal box but they cannot prepare for it

건식욕실에 커튼으로 샤워부스를 대신하는것에 너무 실망스러웠습니다.. 또한, 방음이 되지않아 너무 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 5일더 예약하려다가 시설을 보고 하려고 일단 홀딩하기를 잘했다 생각했습니다. 오밤중에 이상한 소리들이 너무 다들려서,심지어 복도에 지나가면서 사람들이 얘기하는소리까지 다들려 너무 당황스러웠습니다. 주방엔 적절하게 사용할수있는 식기도구나 조리용품들이 있고, 방은 적절한 사이즈 였습니다. 하지만 뒤에 바로 건물이 붙어있어 갖혀있는 느낌이 였습니다. 주변에 음식을 먹을수있는 식당들도 꽤 보였지만, 낸돈에 비해 가치를 따지자면 다시 머물일은 없습니다. 같은가격에 다른 좋은곳이 많이 있으니까요. 데스크직원은 남자분은 머무는 내내 아주아주 친절하셨구요, 체크아웃할때 만났던 여직원은 정말 불친절하고 매너가 없었습니다.

Geräumige Zimmer, aber das Hotel ist doch schon etwas ins Alter gekommen. Man kann mal übernachten, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich mich beim nächsten mal aber nach etwas anderem umsehen. Personal ist auf jeden Fall sehr nett.

Wir reisten als Familie mit Hund. Bekamen ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Küche (Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirr war alles vorhanden). Die Zimmer waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber großzügig geschnitten und für unsere Bedürfnisse genau richtig. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation über Email klappt hervorragend, es wird schnell geantwortet. Unsere verloren gegangenen Sachen wurden auch vom Housekeeping gefunden und übergeben. Die Lage ist auch sehr zentral, ruhig und nahe an der U-Bahn. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Tiefgarage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Meget fint hotel for familier. Rigtig god plads og mindre køkken, hvor der kan laves morgenmad til børnene. Rigtig god placering - iforhold til transport til midtbyen. Fine parker langs Donau, der ligger i meget kort afstand fra hotellet. Et område i udvikling med blanding af gammelt og hipt. Wiens Vesterbro.

Not worth it. Better live in Innere Stadt.
The building was nice and well kept. However, the area was nothing particular, rather depressing. Too far away from the city center where you really would like to spend your time, when in Vienna. Hence, I highly recommend to spend more money to live in the Innere Stadt. One big minus was also that the wifi was bad.
