Staff are friendly

Hotel is in a very convenient location. We managed to get to all the atrractions that we wanted to visit in less than 30 mins. There was a nearby tram station n subway station within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we came almost every morning of our 1 week stay. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job with tidying the rooms and reception staff would always greet you when you pass by. The location was good, just few minutes from the subway, very convenient to move around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrive a little earlier and our allocated room was not ready. However, they managed to get us another similar room to allow us to check in.

Very new and modern overall very satisfied yet needed to ask for a house keeping service as they said too busy so forgotten to do so

In the city's heart, this cozy gem is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. With friendly service and a homey feel, we loved the snack-filled pantry and indulged in delicious, varied breakfasts every morning!
