"the staff was so, so attentive and kind, and the space was very intentional but that didn’t change the fact that the rooms were just not that great. our group booked five total rooms, all at the same price point and got wildly different experiences. we got three very large rooms with seating areas and two rooms that barely had room for the bed. i’ve been in japanese hotel rooms more spacious… additionally, the beds were some of the most uncomfortable beds i’ve ever come across. my husband...
