This is the best looking property but no customer service at all. They don’t let you bring food or drink from outside but they close everything at 10:30pm. Bathroom had a leak the floor was always full of water. Rooms are super small they don’t look like the picture that they look decent size the bathroom area was bigger then the room.

Dear, a thousand apologies if you did not understand that this is a boutique hotel with a very different concept to the big hotels or all inclusive, we offer experience, tranquility in a quiet environment, the same in our rooms that are not adapted by our hotel concept, being a small and cozy hotel we do not work with coolers, own drinks and food bags in our common aresa, it is not our concept of hotel.

The hotel is located on a lovely beach. It's a simple hotel, but nice. The service in the restaurant is horrible. The bed in our room was full of bedbugs.

I really thought I was going to love this place! The beds are extremely hard! The location is wonderful and the campus is beautiful but the staff especially the restaurant is a no for me!

Great spot to spend a nite or two while tripping to Cayo Arena. Romantic and spacious casitas on a beautiful beach with milky white sand. Restaurant is quite good.

We are glad we found this gem! We were traveling from the interior of the country and did not want a typical, large all-inclusive resort. The staff was nice and the food was delicious. The beach area was private and exactly what we were looking for.

Punta Rucia was a true romantic and relaxing time. From the parking accommodations to the nice private room, the beautiful beach, delicious food and wonderful staff were stoning. Highly recommend for honeymoon to enjoy a true romantic experience where you can also relax and enjoy town.

The food was very good and the service was good as well. Excellent excursion to cayo arena. Very relaxing place with no noise and a good beach, but a little seaweed that was bothersome. The water inelf was very clean. Rooms were clean, and kept that way for our 4 day stay.

Quiet and relaxing, nice beach. Not too many food options sunce its a small complex. It is quiet and relaxing if looking for rest nice pool and the beach has many sea shells if you search for them. On the eco friendly part they have AC and sometimes use straws but not always. Loved it but pricey.
