"Nicely updated hotel with comfortable, clean rooms (hardwood floors) and 8 minutes to the Montreal airport. A lovely lounge with attentive staff and love the ample onsite parking. Easy to get to off Hwy 20 or Hwy 40, and some nearby restaurants on the water in Lachine. I only stay here when flying from Montreal. "

"The property is advertised as "midtown", which, I was told means that it is NOT in the centre of the city but in the middle of the distance between city and airport. Hm, "midtown" in NYC is not that.The room had no window or a window that went on to a corridor. It was clean and functional though. Staff were friendly human beings, some super friendly, but necessarily very well trained professionals. This is not the no 1 choice for anybody who is traveling for business."

"Didn’t have coffee cups with the coffee machine ! I was in a rush this morning for a meeting and was disappointed to not be able to have a coffee in my room ! Paid more fees than indicated on Expedia ! I would like to make an official complaint. Please let me know who to write to. "

"Friendly staff. I love the location. Good breakfast. My only issue was not getting our rooms cleaned for 3 days while we were there. "

"We checked in online to save time. All we had to do was pick up the keys... credit card number provided, and everything. Once we arrived, we had to do it all again. The receptionist didn't understand, even when we told her it was on their website. Anyway, we expressed our dissatisfaction, which seemed to annoy the receptionist, who told us there was a customer satisfaction card and that we could speak to the manager. So, the first morning, I asked the receptionist if it would be possible to put towels and a trash bag in our room. She said yes. I thanked her, and we left for the day. When we returned that evening around 10 p.m. with two children (4 and 2 years old) asleep in our arms, we arrived at our door to find that our two key cards no longer worked. We had to go back to reception, still with our children in our arms. We also noticed that we weren't given any towels or trash bags as agreed. Aside from the breakfast, which was okay, I won't be going back. The parking is terrible. The rooms are okay. The breakfast is okay. As for the staff, it seems like they don't care."
