Water was charged extra, and there were no basic amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers. There was also no fridge in the room. These shortcomings, especially with the breakfast, unfortunately impacted my overall experience negatively. "

"We, 2 people, stayed in a Junior suite - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a kitchen. According to the description, the kitchen should have utensils, plates, pans and pots but had none of that. After some arguments the receptionist brought an aluminium teapot and a few plates and cups. The same receptionist refused to give us a second key though we insisted that we do need one. We were given a second key on the next day. It is one of those plastic programmable keys so I do not see why it was so hard to...
