"This is one of my favorite hotels in Bogota, not only for its value and proximity to the airport, but also for the staff and their ability to help. I was recently here and very ill. They have an on-call doctor to come and see you in your room, at no extra charge. They would come to my room to handle payments and other items because I couldn’t get out of bed. No to mention it’s in a great neighborhood and close to Salitre Plaza Centro Comercial (mall). The breakfast buffet is complete and replenished regularly. I highly recommend the GHL Hotel Capital to any who wants the amenities of a finer hotel, with some rooms being a little dated, but not dirty in any way. Also, I recommend the Junior Suite for a very large, comfortable room at an affordable price for the space you receive. "

"Overall a fantastic experience! Loved that the lobby and Sky Lounge was on the top floor (12th) so had breakfast with a view every morning. My bf and I don’t speak Spanish but the staff did great with their limited English so our visit went smoothly. "

"Me cobraron una comision del 19% del valor total de la reserva, esto con el fin de cobrar los impuestos ya que este porcentaje equivale al IVA en Colombia, tuve que transferir desde Nequi. Pedi una habitacion de lujo con balcon y me dieron una habitacion deplorable sin balcon, con una cama incomoda y sin agua caliente, sin mencionar que no llevaron ni bebida ni hielo a la habitacion. Son un fraude completo."

"No había agua en la habitación para tomar lo cual es una necesidad básica que debe ser cubierta por el hotel. La persona de la recepción me vendió la última botella de agua mineral de menos de 600 ml. Si no es por es pequeña botella me quedo sin agua"
