"The rooms are quite big. I booked as a solo traveller but think I was given a standard double. There was a coffee machine (no kettle) and the cups were tiny, more like a shot glass. There was no other crockery - plates, mugs, utensils, pots or pans. There was a small hob and a fridge. Good air con, which was a blessing in the heatwave. Flat screen TV with Netflix, Apple, Prime and TV stations. There is some cloth hanging space and hangers. Bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower and wash gel, shampoo and towels provided. There was a hair drier. The laundry room looked to have both washers and dryers, though I didn't use them so can't advise on how good they are. Very handy for the train station and there is a supermarket almost next door to the hotel. There is also one in the station complex. When going sightseeing I walked into the main Sol square which took about 30 mins if that."

"The lobby looks shabby but once you pass it and get to the room and nice bathroom, you'll feel way better. My bedroom did not have a good view but didn't miss it. The hotel is excellently located, near bus stops, steps from Plaza Espana, Palacio Real, near Deboh Temple, Gran Via...really liked the location!"
