Local estĆ” com reformas inacabadas, tem um ferro saindo da parede em um dos acessos Ć sacada, tubulaĆ§Ć£o a mostra por falta de acabamento, chuveiro da suĆte estava com fiaĆ§Ć£o em curto e local nĆ£o possui internet como anunciado, tambĆ©m tem uma sanduicheira sem a trava que Ć© necessĆ”rio ficar segurando enquanto usa, no mais o Flat Ć© confortĆ”vel, fica no 14Ā° andar e possuĆ uma varanda bem grande, camas super confortĆ”veis e conta com roupas de cama e banho disponĆveis, o prĆ©dio possuĆ uma piscina na cobertura onde a profundidade chega a aprox 1,5 mts, churrasqueira e atĆ© um forno para pizzas, alĆ©m de um pequeno play ground e portaria 24 hrs, a apenas 2 quadras do mar tem diversos comĆ©rcios ao redor.
