"What a pleasant surprise! The hotel is close enough to walk to Sorrento but distant from the bustle of tourists. Absolutely best customer service and five star breakfast. Very elegant in every way! I highly recommend this hotel. "

"We had a lovely room that was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we could choose our pillow type if we wanted. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a deluxe room, which was great as it had coffee making facilities in, which the superior rooms don't. The location was perfect for sightseeing and connections for train and metro. Overall a great stay!"

"My tap was leaking on the floor. Hotel right near station buses, trains etc and can get to airport in 10 mins. Hotel felt safe once in room as I travelled solo. The area not so safe to go out in evening solo so I stayed in but lots of police around. "

"This location is amazing! Directly on the water and halfway between the port and marina. The staff were great. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection. The pool area and gardens are beautiful. Half of the property is being renovated it didn’t affect our stay at all. "
