"Breskfast ok but the carpet accesing our room was extremly dirty"

"Great location, very close to Alaxenderplaz (train, Ubahn, Sbahn, trams). Easy to walk to a lot of places. The bed was VERY comfortable and it would have been a very god night’s seep had it not been for the noise from the road. The location overlooks Karl-Marks Allee and that gets used as a drag racing track for a lot of the night - ask for a room at the back. There was WiFi but it did not work in the room. There was a fault with the wireless access point that covered our room and they were not able to resolve that in three days - which is disappointing. The WiFi worked in the public areas downstairs but it was not very fast. There as a smell of drains when we walked through the door and that was especially bad in our bathroom."

"The hotel is really well positioned for sightseeing and transport links. All staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were kept very clean. Lots of local restaurants and bars and one, Avan, in the hotel itself which was good. We had a junior suite which was really spacious and met all our needs and the mattress was great allowing a sound sleep."

"Amazing hotel right in the centre of all the Berlin tourist hotspots. Beautiful, clean, helpful staff and the Atrium bar was my favourite. Great breakfast selection as well!"
