"The lodge is older but actually nicer than we expected. It is a short walk to the bus, restaurant and general store. The Yavapai dining room isn’t great - prices are fine but food is mediocre. Still, there are cafes nearby for other options. The lodge lost power on our last day (and night). The staff was very helpful in arranging a transfer to their sister property for the night."
