"This hotels location is amazing it’s one block to the promenade. The breakfast needs some help, staff never refilled any of the juices etc. and to be honest the staff were the most unfriendly I’ve encountered. The kids club is a nice touch if you have children. "Polite and helpful staff made our stay very memorable. The shuttles are convenient to get into town on hot days. We walked back to the hotel when it was pleasant weather which took about 20 minutes. The breakfast buffet is amazing, one can also add freshly cooked eggs or avocado toast on top of the lavish selection. The pool was decent but there were no parasols to shade under so it was way too hot in the summer sun. There is the option of the private shuttle to and from the airport which we took three times. They were timely and very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a peace of mind and welcoming faces. "
